Installation crews, spare-module stocks, and calibration equipment are positioned at the hub level. For sites outside the immediate hub area we schedule a survey visit, batch the install with neighbouring projects when possible, and quote travel transparently when it applies.
For mission-critical installations (broadcast walls, control rooms, outdoor billboards on commercial advertising contracts) we offer SLA-backed response windows from the nearest hub — typically 4 hours within the hub city and 24 hours for surrounding districts.

Surrounding districts and smaller cities are served on a project basis from the nearest hub. Site survey, supply, install, calibration, and ongoing maintenance are coordinated from the closest service base.
