Conference-room LED displays are dedicated indoor LED video walls — a specific application of standard fine-pitch indoor SMD technology — sized and pitched for the boardroom-style use case. The closest viewer is typically 2–4 metres from the wall, the room is lit during meetings, and content is a mix of presentations, video conferencing, and document sharing.
Compared to LCD video walls or projectors, LED conference-room walls deliver three things consistently: bezel-free presentation that doesn't break up content, brightness uniform across the wall in well-lit rooms, and broadcast-grade refresh rates that capture cleanly through video-conferencing cameras.
Pixel pitches of P1.5, P1.8, and P2.5 cover most boardroom installations. P1.2 is reserved for executive briefing centres and high-spec rooms where viewers will sit very close. The pitch is matched to the closest seated viewer — not the back row — because closest viewer is the deciding factor for legibility.

Plan ahead.
Acoustic profile. Some LED cabinets have small fans; boardrooms need silent or near-silent operation. Specify fanless or low-noise cabinets for executive rooms.
Source switching workflow. The video processor and matrix switch decide what content sources can be used. Hybrid-meeting rooms need careful integration with the video-conferencing platform.
Lighting. Avoid direct ceiling-spotlight glare onto the LED wall. Plan room lighting and dimming as part of the install — LED reflectance is different from LCD or projection.
Power and AV cabling. Front-of-room LED walls need clean power and AV cable runs. Plan for in-wall conduit or under-floor cable trays during construction.

Pixel pitch
P1.5 is roughly 1.6× the per-sqft cost of P2.5; P1.2 is roughly 2.5× P2.5. Pick based on closest viewer distance, not on prestige.
Total wall area
Boardroom walls range from 3 m × 1.7 m to 8 m × 4.5 m. Per-sqft cost falls modestly at larger sizes; absolute cost grows.
Cabinet design
Fanless silent cabinets cost more than standard fan-cooled designs; specify based on the room's acoustic requirements.
Video processor
Multi-input HDR-capable processors with KVM and source-switching are more expensive than basic LED controllers — usually justified for hybrid-meeting rooms.
Audio & integration
Soundbar, microphone, video-conferencing-platform integration, and room-control panel are real line items but optional.
Mounting & finishing
