LED video walls are large-format displays assembled from multiple LED cabinets to form a single seamless image surface. Unlike LCD video walls — which carry visible bezels between panels — LED video walls deliver an unbroken pixel grid of any dimension. An LED video wall is built up from individual LED cabinets — typically 500 mm × 500 mm or 600 mm × 337.5 mm — bolted together and aligned to deliver a continuous, bezel-free image. The total wall size is whatever you need: standard widescreen, 4:3 portrait, ultra-wide ribbons, custom L-shapes, and curved configurations are all routine.
LED video walls outperform LCD video-wall arrays at any size where bezel-free presentation matters. Where LCD walls have visible mullion lines between every screen, LED walls deliver one continuous image. Brightness, viewing angle, refresh rate, and useful service life all favour LED for high-duty-cycle installations.
A complete video-wall install combines four parts: cabinet hardware, mounting structure, video processor / controller, and content workflow. Pixel pitch is matched to viewing distance; cabinet size and shape are chosen for the room; the controller decides what content sources can be displayed; and content workflow defines the operating routine.

Plan ahead.
Heat management. Larger walls draw real power and generate real heat. Sustained operation requires HVAC sized for the wall, especially in control-room duty cycles.
Acoustic considerations. Video-wall fans and ventilation produce low-level noise. Broadcast and conference applications need silent or near-silent designs — confirm at spec stage.
Power redundancy. Mission-critical walls (control rooms, broadcast) often run on UPS-backed circuits. Plan power architecture with the same care as the wall itself.
Source switching workflow. Multi-source video walls (control rooms especially) need a video processor capable of windowing multiple inputs. The controller is half the install.

Total area
